Yellowstone River Fishing Report

Fly fishing is a favorite pastime amongst many in the community. Here is the current Yellowstone River Fishing Report from The River's Edge Fly Shop!

5790 CFS @ Corwin - It's definitely time to be fishing the Yellowstone. While the salmon flies are way upstream, fish are still keyed in on the big bugs. Chubby Chernobyl’s and Water Walkers have been tough to beat, especially up against the bank. Evening caddis hatches should keep you busy, while nymphs and streamers have also been producing.

GO-TO FLIES:

  • Waterwalker, Pink #10-16

  • Olive Zonker #6

  • SH Copper John Red #14

  • Girdle Bugger Camo #8

  • Corn Fed Caddis Olive #16
