Cold Brew Iced Tea (the perfect summer beverage)

1.       Add 1 heaping teaspoon of your favorite loose-leaf tea to a mason jar for every 6-8 ounces of water.

2.       Cover tea with filtered water.

3.       Put lid on, seal, and store in the fridge for at least 4 hours, but ideally 8-12 hours.

4.       Strain and serve with your favorite add-ins like ice and lemon, or save for later.

5.       I recommend the Dragon Pearl Jasmine green tea from Steep Mountain Tea in Bozeman!
