Lower Madison Fishing Report

As of 8/25, here is the current fishing report for the Lower Madison River courtesy of The River's Edge Fly Shop!

1530 CFS @ McAllister - The Lower Madison remains on a "hoot owl" restriction, so you still can't fish after 2 p.m. However, water temps have cooled off a little, making for some decent fishing in the early mornings. Swinging small streamers over the buckets has been quite effective, as has hopper rigs with a scud/zebra midge dropper. Keep 'em wet!
